1594578 - SAP BI 4.0 is using localhost in the default URLs as the host name instead of the server or machine name

• After SAP BI 4.0 is installed on Windows the default URLs to the Central Management Console (CMC), BI LaunchPad and Life Cycle Management (LCM) use "localhost" for the host
• SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XIR2 and XI 3 URLs contained the machine hostname instead
• New default URLs:
  • http://localhost:8080/BOE/BI
  • http://localhost:8080/BOE/CMC
  • http://localhost:8080/BOE/LCM
