1595553 - When using CRM WebUI Surveys, a warning regarding structure CRMT_SURVEY_WRK is shown

Symptom

  • You created a survey in CRM WebUI and linked it to a Service Request.
  • When you try to use and save a Survey in Service Request, the following error message appears:
    Field EVALUATION_INFOS is not available in structure CRMT_SURVEY_WRK
  • You have checked recommendation from SAP note 961255 but Function Module CRM_SURVEY_MAINTAIN_MULTI_OW contains in Changing tab:
    • CT_INPUT_FIELDS
    • TYPE
    • CRMT_INPUT_FIELD_TAB
