You are using a SAP Netweaver 7.1 of higher Application Server Java and get the following error while activating the emergency user (SAP*):
Error occurred: The ConfigEntry '#@ume.superadmin.activated' in configuration 'cluster_config/system/instances/ID464162/cfg/services/com.sap.security.core.ume.service/properties' is final. No modify operations are allowed on inherited final ConfigEntries!
This error usually appears when the correct procedure is not followed when activating the emergency user. The goal of this Knowledge Base Article is to provide screenshots to assist with the procedure.
