1596836 - After installing an Xcelsius FixPack valid license key is not accepted

After installing an Xcelsius FixPack valid license key is not accepted. The same valid license key is accepted in other machines

Windows XP ,Vista, 7.

1- Install an Xcelsius FixPack using the .msi installer

2- when the install is finished run Xcelsius and you will be prompted for license key

3- enter a valid license key and it will not be accepted

This issue is caused by the use of the msi installer instead of the setup.exe installer

uninstall the FixPack. install again using the setp.exe installer. the license key will be accepted.
