1597414 - SHADOW_IMPORT phases are not using R3trans parallelism

Symptom

During an upgrade or upgrade to a system with SAP Netweaver 700, SP15 or higher (ECC 6.0, CRM 7.0, etc), from a source system release R/3 4.0b or higher, phases SHADOW_IMPORT_UPG1, SHADOW_IMPORT_UPG2 and/or SHADOW_IMPORT_INC are not using R3trans parallelism. Table TRBAT3 does not exists on the source system.
