1598146 - Copybook new handling of null values - Data service 12.2.3.2

Symptom

  • When a copybook element of type decimal is loaded from a file containing a blank string, the copybook output value is zero.
  • In 12.2.3.1 the same output value is NULL. Further along the job where the padding occurs, the job will not pad a null and output format is wrong.
