Symptom

  • Service Documents (Service Contracts/Service Orders/Support Requests etc.) are not appearing in the Interaction History AB
  • It is not possible to navigate to Service Documents from the Interaction History AB
  • View BP_BPBT/AccountInterHistOV does not show Service Document data
