1599011 - BW master data loading: Changed time-dependent attribute is not updated into master data table from DSO

• Although in the change log table of DSO the entry of newly changed time-dependent attribute has recordmode 'N', the new value of this attribute is not updated into master data tables.
• At the same time, you can confirm that the new value has been updated to the active table of DSO.
