Symptom

  1. Cannot create reports in Web Intelligence (BI Launchpad) using an OLAP connection to Microsoft Analysis Services 2005 / 2008.
  2. Existing reports cannot be refreshed in Web Intelligence (BI Launchpad) when using an OLAP connection to Microsoft Analysis Services 2005 / 2008.
  3. Reports can be successfully created and refreshed in Interactive Analysis Desktop.
