Publication has crystal report based on BW as dynamic recipient.

Scheduling publication fails sporadically with error

[Publication ID # 2927818] - An exception was caught while fetching
dynamic recipients data. Did you properly configure your publication?

Publication log file contains following error message

Error code name:requestTimeout detail: The request timed out because there has been no reply from the server for 600,000 milliseconds.

Restarting Report application server resolves the issue.
