1601618 - How to Cancel the Approved Time Recording of a Service Agent?

Symptom

You as a Administrator, would like to know the possibilites to cancel the Time Recorded (Status: Approved) by a Service Agents

Resolution

You can able to cancel the Time Recording as stated below,

Active Time (Status: Approved)

  1. Go to Business Partner Data or Supplier Base work center.
  2. Select Service Agents view.
  3. Search and highlight the Service Agent.
  4. Select Open Time Sheet button.
  5. Go to respective Calender Week.
  6. Select the Row and select the Remove button.
  7. Select Save button.
  8. Select Release button and choose Selected Week.

Inactive Time (Status: In Approval, In Process)

  1. Go to Business Partner Data or Supplier Base work center.
  2. Select Service Agents view.
  3. Search and highlight the Service Agent.
  4. Select Open Time Sheet button.
  5. Go to respective Calender Week.
  6. Clear the cell (Clear the time for the respective date) and Press Enter key in the keyboard.
  7. Select Save button.
  8. Select Release button and choose Selected Week.
