1601896 - BPC 7.5 NW (Outlooksoft) Unable to start BPC Admin or BPC Excel Clients.


After installation of BPC Client it is not possible to start BPC Admin or BPC Excel Clients. The following error message is shown.

OSoftAdminMain has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.



This happens on PCs where other version of BPC Client was previously installed (e.g. BPC NW 7.5 SP07 was uninstalled, and BPC NW 7.5 SP06 is now installed).
