1603287 - J2EE engine startup fails due to: ERROR => can't find native registration class

Symptom

The SAP Netweaver Java Application Servers (AS Java) dispatcher node or server node fails to start. In the corresponding dev_* file we see an error similar too:

*** ERROR => can't find native registration class [com.sap.bc.proj.jstartup.JStartupNatives]
Exception in thread "main" [Thr 6628] JLaunchCloseProgram: good bye (exitcode = -1)

And in the corresponding std_*.out file we see:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/test/pseudo/capture/proxy/InstrumenterProxy   (this class file is just an example)
