1603838 - Restriction on Delivery Completed per Document Type

Symptom

Users wishes to have Delivery Completed Indicator set when a Sales Order type automatically (e.g: Consignment Order). Even though for a certain Sales Order type the delivery completion is necessary the user has to manually set it in the Sales Order.
