Symptom

In the pricing analysis of a CRM business transaction, in an access to a condition table you observe these two symptoms:

  • Message: “sample reading at header level (preliminary step) already unsuccessful”. You do not understand what this message means.
  • No information is displayed about fields at item level that belong to the condition table (e.g. PRODUCT).
