1605213 - Exception thrown creating new object from Template

•  You receive an exception when creating new objects from template in the portal content catalog (similar to screenshot below)
• Go to System Administration -> Systems Configuration -> Portal content -> Test -> Right click -> New -> System (from template)

Error found in default trace would be similar to the following:
