1605952 - BI40 - WebIntelligence documents - using .UNX on Teradata with multiple dataproviders, optional date prompts, and the operator "result from another query" - do not correctly update and discard the old fetch values when doing Refresh All.

• The Table Block associated to Data Provider 2 (Query 2) does not update correctly with new values on subsequent refreshes. Some incorrect old values from the previous execution are still shown.
• The "Purge All" functionality does not work effectively, and doesn’t clear the webi microcube.
