1606013 - 404 Missing Page error when attempting to schedule Crystal Reports in XI 3.1 Infoview

• In InfoView, attempt to schedule a Crystal Report by right clicking on it
• The web browser displays an error: 404 Missing Page
• In some cases, the Schedule and History options are missing when right clicking a report
• In CMC, click on schedule for a Crystal Report throw error: 404 Missing Page
• Other types of documents, such as webi and deski, work fine
