Symptom

  • Please note this KBA may work for older version of BI, but customers should not be using WACS as their web/app in BI 4.0 and SSO no longer works in BI 4.1. See KBA 1959371
  • If you want AD SSO please install tomcat and configure SSO via KBA 1631734
