1608702 - No Data returned in SAP Crystal Reports 2008 when using SAP Table, Cluster or Function Driver

Symptom

Using the SAP Table, Cluster or Function Driver with a Crystal Report,  the report does not return any data.

If the report contains a prompt the data is returned using the "Use current parameter values" option, but no data will be returned with the "Specify new parameter values" option.
