1608776 - Effective From Date Shows Different Dates for Different Users

You as Key User have observed that the Effective From Date in the Org Structure shows Different dates for different users. A particular user is have today's date and some other users having past dates.

The System works as designed.

1. If the Effective From date shows today's date, it means that the particular user have not saved any changes in the Org structures at all or for long time.
2. If the Effective From date shows past date, it means that particular user have last saved or activated the Org structure on that date.

i.e. The Effective From date in the Active area is as same as the last Saved or last activated Effective From date of the Planning area. And it is User specific.
