1609661 - Periodical performance issue on BusinessObjects (BO) Server

Symptom

  • Every 2 hours BO server machines appear performance problem. Like high CPU and memory consumption.
  • Performance problem disappears after a few minutes.
  • Check the process information in Windows task manager and find that multiple "WIReportServer.exe" processes consume most system resource.
  • No scheduling tasks running at the same time.
  • Stopping Auditing or logging on BO servers doesn't resolve the problem.
