Symptom
When updating CMS (Change Management Service), the following error message "Unexpected error; inform your system administrator: Entry already exists" is displayed in the CMS web UI. In the server default trace "Caused by: javax.ejb.DuplicateKeyException: Primary key already exists" can be found that is following message "Caused by: com.sap. cms.util. exception.conf.CMSCAlreadyExistException: Entry already exists CmscscvPK ...”.
