1610476 - No Automatic Generation of Customer Return Notification

You have done stock transfer between two sites using the Inter-Company Stock Transfer scenario and now when doing a Return to Supplier, the system does not generate the Customer Return Notification automatically on the other site.

1. Go to the Inbound Logistics work center.
2. Select the New Return to Supplier Request under Common Tasks.
3. Fill in the required fields, choose the next buttons and finish the activity.
4. Now go to the Inbound Delivery Notification view, and search for the Delivery Notification ID using the outbound delivery ID the system returns no results.

The system does not create the Customer Return Notification automatically when doing a return to supplier. You have to manually create the notifications in the system.

You can create a New Customer Return Notification under common tasks in Inbound Logistics work center for the delivery ID of the type return to supplier and then do the post goods receipt for that notification ID.

The system works as designed.
