Symptom

  • In SAP GUI, verifying the CE-Definition of the BusinessObjects Enterprise System in transaction /crystal/rptadmin fails with error
  • Error message: "Unable to log on to Enterprise system. Reason: No credentials provided. Logon attempt will fail.#Schedule time Single Sign-On is not available in the current build of the SAP security plug-in.##"
  • The RFC connection to the BusinessObjects System is working and a connection test succeeds in transaction sm59
