1611083 - Unable to invoke LogControllerFacadeMBean method: SAP Log Viewer issue

Symptom

While trying to open the Log Viewer service in SAP Application Server JAVA Visual administrator tool, the operation fails and the below error is logged in the trace file (default trace):

com.sapmarkets.bam.util.BAMRuntimeException: Unable to invoke LogControllerFacadeMBean method: "getMetaDataOfReaders" at com.sapmarkets.bam. application.logdepot.AbstractLogDepot.invokeFacadeMethod Caused by: javax.management.ReflectionException: Cannot invoke getter or setter (getMetaDataOf Readers) as operation.
