1611085 - Report S_ALR_87013618 do not show Decimal Places on Quantity

Symptom

You have performed the reposting of a Statistical Key Figure (SKF) via Transaction KB31N, and entered quantity with decimal places. After generated the document you subsequently checked via Report S_ALR_87013618 (Report group 1KSL) that the decimal places is not being displayed as expected. However in the Menu -> Settings -> Column attributes -> you see 'Decimal places' has already been set as desired point.
