1. Open SAP BEx Query Designer to develop a query based on the Business Objects Customer cube.
2. Drag dimension Country into the Columns section.
3. Drag key figure Product Price into the Rows section.
4. Select the Country dimension and from the properties page select Hierarchy tab.
5. Select the hierarchy which you would like to activated.
6. Save and export the query.
7. Open crystal report and click the SAP menu button to create a new report.
8. Switch to the Design tab.
9. Click the Insert menu button and select Group.
10. From the Common tab, select to group by Country Node ID.
11. From the Options tab, select Customize Group Name Field and choose Country Name then click ok.
12. Click the Report menu button and select Hierarchical Grouping Options.
13. Select Sort Data Hierarchically and choose Country Parent Node ID for the Parent ID Field.
14. Set Group Indent as 0.5 then click ok.
15. Refresh the data, the Country dimension will display hierarchically.
