Symptom

  • Labels not aligned.
  • Cross-tab labels missaligned with the summaries.
  • Cross-tab summarized field labels are not aligned to the other cells of the cross tab in Crystal Reports.

Environment

  • SAP Crystal Reports 2008

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Crystal Reports, create a report off any data source.
  2. Insert a cross-tab.
  3. Add summarized field labels to the cross-tab.
  4. Add a single border to the summarized field labels.
  5. Add a single border to other cross-tab fields.
  6. When viewing the report, notice the summarized field labels are not aligned.

Resolution

  • The issue has been resolved in the following product update and above:
