1611863 - Address Line 1 to 5 Coulmns Are Missing in the Employee List Report in Personnel Administration

Symptom

The personnel file of an employee is updated with the all the contact details along with Address line 1 to Address Line 5. But the data entered in these fields is not displaying in the Employee List Report.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Personnel Administration work center.
  2. Select the Employees view.
  3. Highlight an employee and select the Edit button.
  4. Go to the Personal Data tab and Private Contact data subtab.
  5. Select the Additional Fields link.
  6. Fill in the details in the Address Line 1 to Address Line 5.

Now, the details entered in these fields are not available while exporting the Address List of the employee.

  1. Go to the Personnel Administration work center.
  2. Select the Reports view and select the Employee List Reports.
  3. Select the Address List in Show field.

Where there is no coulmns for Address Line 1 to Address Line 5.

Resolution

In the Address List within the Employee List Reports, only the most common used fields (like Country, House Number, Street, Zip Code, City, State, Private Email, Private Phone and Private Mobile) will be displayed. The fields Address Line 1 - 5 are not displayed because they are just for information.

This feature will be available in a future release of Business ByDesign.
