Symptom

  1. Replicate a Service Confirmation from Mobile Service to the CRM Online system
  2. The CRM Online re-determines the business partners again in the Service Confirmation
  3. That causes duplicate partner functions in the transaction
  4. Errors appear as described in Note 851468 
  5. Error text maybe like this... "Item 10 Too many Ship-to party/Service recipien entered. Remove an Entry."
