1613020 - Data Services Job Server can't communicate with the Designer

Symptom

  • The Data Services client tools (Management Console, Designer) say that the Job server is down.
  • The job server on the AIX box is running, the svrcfg tool says this and the process is running
  • The server event log says  "All request processing threads <100> are busy"
