1614468 - Webi Java Report Panel "Save to my computer as"/"Excel" option does not give an option for Excel filetype in resulting "Save as" window

• When working with a Webi report in the Java Report Panel, if you click on the "Save" icon, then click on "Save to My Computer as..." and then select Excel, a "Save document" window appears.
• In previous patch levels, instead of this "Save document" window, a popup window with "Open", "Save" and "Cancel" buttons appeared.
• There is no choice to select "Excel/.xls" as a filetype in this box - only "All files (*.*)" is displayed in the "Save as type" window.
• If you rename the report in the File Name window and forget to include the .xls file extension, the resulting file has no extension and cannot be opened in Excel by double clicking on it.
