1614982 - Fix packs and Service packs for Crystal Reports Server 2008 V1

• Need to apply latest service pack (SP) for Crystal Reports Server 2008 V1 (CRS 2008 V1)
• Unable to see the latest Fix packs (FP) and SPs for CRS 2008 V1 on Service Market Place (SMP).

• CRS 2008 V1 SP5

• Login to the SMP (https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/support) and search for latest SP for CRS 2008 V1

There seems to be a delay in the upload of the latest fix pack and service pack for CRS 2008 V1 on the SMP.

The SPs and FPs used for Crystal Reports Server 2008 is exactly the same as those for BOE 3.1.  So, download the required BOE patch and install it on top of the existing Crystal Server 2008 V1 installation:

1. Login to the Support Portal and click on Software Downloads
2. Click on Analytics Solution and on the left hand side menu select Browse the Analytics Solution Portfolio > Support Packages and Patches and click on SBOP BI Platform Enterprise
3. Click on BOBJ Enterprise XI 3.1 > Comprised Software Component Versions
4. Select BOBJ Enterprise Version XI 3.1 and click on Windows Server on IA32 32bit
5. Scroll down the list and select the required SP or FP for download

Note: The fix packs and service packs of CRS 2008 V1 are included in Business Objects Enterprise 3.1 (BOE 3.1) from fix pack 3.1 onwards.
