Symptom

  • Web Intelligence Processing Server fail to Initialize after upgrading to Service Pack 4
  • Web Intelligence Processing Server fail to Initialize after upgrading to Service Pack 3 FixPack 3.5
  • In the trace file for the SIA you may see an error like: INFO  Native Process Agent: <SIA_NAME>.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer exit_value = 141 (0x8d).
  • A core file is generated on the Linux server and debugging it shows the error: "Program terminated with signal 4, Illegal instruction."
  • Refreshing Web Intelligence Reports may generate an error: **ERROR:C3_dacs:CS::Error : "An error has occurred. No details are available" WIS 10901
  • Refreshing Web Intelligence Reports may generate an error: " Invalid session. Please close the browser and log on again WIH 00013"
