1615509 - Saving an exported RTF document to plain text results in truncated dash symbols

• After saving an exported RTF document to plain text, the saved report truncates the dash symbol (-)
• it discards the symbols like "-" or "_" from the report

• Crystal Report XIR2(All Service Pack)
• Crystal Reports 2008 (All Service Pack)
• Windows XP

1. Create the Crystal Report using Xtream Sample Database.
2. Click on File from Menu bar
3. Click on "Export" then "Export report" and select RTF format from the drop down
4. Select “Disk” as destination and save the report on Desktop
5. Open the exported report and save it as “plain text"
6. It prompts one window for File Conversion
7. Tick the check box for “Allow character substitution"
8. It gives the “-” in the report
