• Not able to view and schedule any web Intelligence reports
• Receive error: "The document can't be retrieved from the File Repository Server.Please contact your BusinessObjects administrator.(Error: WIS 30951)(Error: INF )"
• Report can be refreshed from Web Intelligence Rich Client.
• Event viewer records the following error for BusinessObjects_wireportserver:
  Failed to write to file :BOBJ_INSTALL_PATH\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\Data\host_6400\host.WebntelligenceProcessingServer\sessions\xxxx.gCDZxx.tmp  Please check for permissions or sharing violations.
