Symptom

  • After updating or migrating Business Objects version, when we go to CMC>User properties or move to CMC>Authentication and try to open the windows AD page we receive the error: "Error: java.lang.nullpointerexception".
  • Issue happened after upgrading  Business Objects version from XIR2 to XI3.1SP4.
