1618070 - BI4.0: After installing SP02 Patch 2.3, cannot refresh existing Web Intelligence reports and cannot create new reports in AIX environment

Symptom

  • Cannot Open, Refresh or Create a WebIntelligence report based on a BEx query with variables.
  • Error messages appear: 
    • "An internal error occured while calling ’processDPCommandsEx’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (WIS 30270)"
    • "Unknown Error in SL Service (WIS 00000)"
    • "Generic application exception (WIS 00000)"
