1619376 - Report filters dropped after migrated from 3.1 to 4.0

Symptom

Migrated some reports from 3.1 to BI 4.0.

  • When open the report in 4.0, get the following error: An unexpected error occurred. Contact your administrator with details of the action you performed before the error occurred(WIH 444444)
  • Entering to the edit mode of the report, notice all the report filters got dropped
