1619414 - Webi Report based off of OLAP cube gives error "Error in Unknown SL Service" when refreshed

Symptom

When refreshing a Webi report which is based off of an OLAP cube, two different issues can occur:

  1. The Error message "Error in Unknown SL Service" can be displayed
  2. The universe meta-data on the left may not be displayed, and after an hour the exception "Unable to Load Objects" will be displayed
