Symptom

While launching Interactive analysis 1.0 on Desktop following error comes up "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

Environment

Interactive Analysis 1.0 Service Pack 1
Windows Operating system

Reproducing the Issue

Install Interactive analysis 1.0 on Windows Environment
Launch Interactive analysis from strat menu.

Resolution

To workaround this issue, disable the Windows Firewall before launching Interactive analysis 1.0 Service Pack 1.
