1620304 - JAVA AS does not start due to modified time zone settings

Symptom

Java application does not start due to modified time zone settings and you can see below exception in default trace files:

"com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException: The object of type java.sql.Date with the value '<date and time>' assigned to host variable 3 is not normalized. It must not contain time components in the time zone running the virtual machine."
