Symptom
Java application does not start due to modified time zone settings and observe below exception in default trace files:
"com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException: The object of type java.sql.Date with the value '<date and time>' assigned to host variable 3 is not normalized. It must not contain time components in the time zone running the virtual machine."
