Symptom

In BI4.0 SP02 FP2.3 extranet deployment (reverse proxy is used), the LiveOffice connection fails with error message :

The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel

 
The Live Office web services url is https://server.com/dswsbobje/services/Session

 
The external facing dswsbobj and BI launch pad urls  give certificate warnings :
This certificate cannot be verified up to a trusted certification authority

-however these urls work if the warning messages are ignored.

 
The web service (dswsbobje) url is https://server.com/dswsbobje/
