1620593 - Error HTTP Status 500 when Launching Dashboard Builder object From SAP Portal

Symptom

 

  • Opening a url iview based on a dashboard builder object raises error HTTP Status 500 from Tomcat,The argument has an invalid value null(for details of the error see picture attached)

  • when loging in to infoview on the same browser prior to using this iview it works fine, (dashboard is displayed as expected in the SAP portal)
  • crystal ,Webi reports url iview  work fine.
