Symptom

Accessing a Crystal Report by calling the following URL displays an old or outdated version of the report:

http://lm-xi33en:8080/SAP/jsp/Action_Dispatch/dispatch.jsp?sap_sysid=<SID>&bw_id=<BW_ID>&actionName=SAP_CrystalReport_View&appKind=InfoView&service=%2FInfoViewApp%2Fcommon%2FappService.do&loc=&initialFolderId=null

Accessing the report directly from the CMC in the subtree used by BW Publisher shows the current version.

Also, the publishing status in transaction /crystal/rptadmin in the SAP BW backend system shows a correct publishing status.
