Symptom

  • WebIntelligence Processing server sometimes does not automatically start
  • WebIntelligence Processing server fails when restarting in the Central Management Console (CMC)
  • Server status is 'Failed' in the Servers section within CMC with error "this server is considered failed since it has stopped 5 times in 60 minutes"
  • No tracing is generated when the WIReportServer fails to start
