1622025 - The DS installer does not detect IPS/BOE installed on the same machine and the DS Management Console is not available and the Data Services link does not show in CMC

• Install Data Services (DS) on the same machine of Business Intelligence Platform (BIP) or Information Platform Services (IPS).
• The Data Services Management Console (DSMC) is not available.
• The Data Services link is not shown in Central Management Console (CMC).
• During the Data Services installation, receive the following warning message:
• Missing: SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise (Optional)
• Reason: SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise or Information platform services is not installed on this machine. You will not be able to install some Data Services components, such as the Management Console and Adaptive Processing Services.
