Symptom

  • Users’ KPIs under Monitoring Dashboard in Central Management  Console (CMC) does not show any count for Non-Administrative Enterprise Users though they are a part of ‘Monitoring User’ Group.
  • The issue remains even after applying Full-Control Access level on all the Enterprise Users and Groups.
