Symptom

  • Selecting anything from the drop-down menu of Live Office the first time is very slow (~10mins)
  • After the long wait, you can use the Live Office menu without any problem
  • a Netstat command line shows it's trying to access the verisign certificate for the Live Office add-in (crystal_addin_framework.dll)
